Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

In this 60 minute transformative experience, you'll be immersed in the rich tones of crystal singing bowls to create a cocoon of healing around you.

You’ll be guided in meditation, wrapped in Reiki energy and held in loving space by Isabelle as this ceremony offers you the opportunity to release what's no longer serving you, calling in a rebirth and a new beginning for the month ahead. 

The different frequencies emanated during a sound bath will help to quiet the mind, decrease stress and anxiety, improve sleep, release physical and emotional pain to restore and nourish every part of your being. 

Our intention is —

To provide a sacred space for you to unwind, rejuvenate, and connect with the deepest parts of yourself.

What to Expect:

  • Deep relaxation and stress relief

  • Sound wave immersion 

  • Nourishment for your body, mind, and spirit

  • Enhanced energy flow and balance

What will be provided:

  • Meditation cushion, blanket, pillow and eye mask 

What to bring & wear:

  • Wear comfy, loose fitting, or casual clothes

  • Yoga Mat

  • Journal & Pen 

  • Feel free to bring your crystals to charge in the frequencies.

  • Create yourself an even more comfortable cocoon! Bring extra blankets, pillows or bolster. 

  • Optional bug spray

About Your Guide —

Isabelle Carter is a Reiki Master & Future Therapist dedicated to guiding you to meet the divine within you. Through her practice, she fosters rich experiences that allow you to connect with your authentic desires and the loving support of your intuitive soul and spirit guides.  

Beyond her role as a Reiki Master, Isabelle is pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She envisions seamlessly integrating her experiences to offer a holistic approach to healing.

I understand that energy work consists of hands-on and hands-off energy techniques. I also understand that long-term imbalances often require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed to experience healing.
