Our Philosophy
At the heart of our community classes and workshops is a mission to reconnect individuals with the innate rhythms & healing properties of Mother Nature.
We believe she holds the key to restoring balance in our lives. Our intention is to facilitate this journey by providing both teachers and students a space and invitation to connect, remember, and exchange — in community — surrounded by thriving greenery, during all four seasons in Maine.
