Meditation in the Garden by JenniJune Arnold

Date: Wednesday, September 17th

Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

In this 60 minute class, participants will be guided through a meditation to calm the nervous system. You will be guided to slow down, drop into stillness, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

You will be surrounded in loving space by JenniJune as she guides you through the distractions and barriers on the path to stillness and clarity. This ceremony offers you the opportunity to release what's no longer serving you by allowing you to access the inner healing truths within all of us.

Our intention is —

To provide a sacred space for you to unwind, rejuvenate, and connect with the deepest parts of yourself.

What to Expect:

  • Deep relaxation and stress relief

  • Nourishment for your body, mind, and spirit

  • Enhanced energy flow and mental clarity

What will be provided:

  • Meditation cushion, blanket, pillow and eye mask 

What to bring & wear:

  • Wear comfy, loose fitting, or casual clothes

  • Yoga Mat

  • Journal & Pen 

  • Create yourself an even more comfortable cocoon! Bring extra blankets, pillows or bolster. 

  • Optional bug spray

About Your Guide:

JenniJune is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer who specializes in working with people who are living with grief. Whether it be the weight of miscarriage, infertility, losing a loved one, or feeling lost, she expertly holds tender space for healing.
